Emma is our communications and stakeholder engagement manager. This role sees Emma work right across NCB and the NCB family to help communicate all the amazing work the NCB family are doing, understanding our audiences and getting the right messages out to them, and to help grow awareness of the situations many children and young people are facing across the UK now.
Emma has always been passionate about communicating with audiences. She has worked as a playwright and writing tutor, worked in public engagement at Parliament, stakeholder engagement at the Electoral Commission and on strategic communications at Water Aid.
Emma loves clashing outfits, challenging herself to cycle long distances, and dying her hair many colours. She wishes she had a voice for musical theatre.
I am delighted to work with NCB. It is my dream job and I couldn’t be more motivated and passionate about putting children at the heart of all we do and ensuring that children and young people in the UK have the right to a healthy, happy and safe childhood where their human rights are respected.
