Olivia Foster

Project Assistant - Education and Equalities


Olivia works in the Education and Equalities team supporting the lobbying activity of the Special Educational Consortium and the smooth-running of the IASS Network. Olivia is the driving force behind the team and provides high quality support to deliver an extensive programme of national training events and conferences.

Olivia has a strong background in art history and law, having completed a Graduate Diploma in law. She has experience working in a legal charity which focused on human rights, rule of law and access to justice. Before joining the CDC family, Olivia held roles at the Poppy Appeal and the RNIB, and passed her level 1 British Sign Language course.

What drives Olivia is her passion for equal rights in all regards, and hopes to do her best at creating and maintaining an equal, fair, and understanding society.

Fun fact: Olivia assisted in the first event of World’s Biggest Waterslide held by the New Zealand mental health charity Live More Awesome and had a go!
