This resource is a Better Breaks journal from May 2012 and looks at reaching out to improve our practice. It is helpful to parents, carers and health, social care and education practitioners as it considers six tips for supporting siblings through using Short Breaks. Also discussed is the partnership youth projects in Enfield 2011 and communication and the interaction between workers and young people with severe learning disabilities.
