Evaluating the Long-Term Benefits of Supporting Children and Families with ADHD and ASD

ADD-vance is a charity based in Hertfordshire that supports adults, children and families with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and related conditions.

They offer several services including training course for parents who need support. 

This case study is about a parent carer, Katherine. She has 3 young boys; 2 children with ASD and 1 son has ADHD.  It highlights best practice and looks at the evaluation of a free 6 week course called Time Out for ADHD and ASD was able to highlight the long term positive impact and to explore where further interventions were necessary to maintain its impact.
