The Department for Education has issued updated advice for local authorities and health partners on the implementation of the 0 to 25 SEND reforms.
The pack sets out the vision for the special educational needs (SEN) reforms, the case for change, and provides non-statutory advice for:
- local authorities (children’s services, social care and adult social care)
- health partners (clinical commissioning groups, and health and wellbeing boards)
The guidance also includes 2 examples of Education, Health and Care plans, a slide pack and a timeline setting out the implementation process.
