Phil Brayshaw, Admissions Avoidance and Commissioning Lead for Children and Young People with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Both, led a session on Dynamic Support Registers and the role of IASS in supporting them to reflect the needs of children who may move into risk of Tier 4.
