Overview of Health Reforms

This briefing was produced by NCB to give a concise overview of the 2012 Health and Social Care Act which introduced significant reforms to the health system in England.

It describes the roles of the various bodies that will influence commissioning of health services, focusing on issues relevant to children and young people and the voluntary sector.
