This guide is the second of a series of guides to be published by Cerebra that aim to give parents of disabled children (whether or not they have special educational needs) information on how to get the help and support they need. It gives information on the responsibilities of NHS bodies and Local Authorities for providing health and social care as well as accommodation for disabled children and their families.
