Patient Advice and Liaison Services (England) provide support, advice and mediation for children, parents and other carers.

Services include information about the NHS and any other health-related enquiry, help resolving concerns or problems when using the NHS, information about the NHS complaints procedure and how to get independent help if making a complaint, information about agencies and support groups outside the NHS, and information on getting involved in your own healthcare and the NHS locally.
