Description of service on offer:

Our service provides: A telephone helpline service, information and support for parents, carers, children and young people . We provide written information, which is available on line via our web site, and also face to face information sessions. We can also provide access to an Independent Supporter where it is appropriate. We help adults, children and young people by listening to their views and concerns and by working with them to help them explore their options. We can help with prepation for meetings, and in building confidence to be able to take part. We will also help with dealing with forms, letters and reports. Help is also available with regard to SEN and Disability rights and access to the SEND Tribunal.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Answerphone available at other times. Appointments outside of office hours to be agreed by arrangement.
