Description of service offered:
Telephone helpline, face-to-face support, in-depth casework support for parents including attendance at education-related meetings, support to request EHC Needs Assessment and with the EHCP process and appeals related to that, advice and support relating to exclusions of children/young people with SEND.
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm
32 Clarendon Street
Monday to Friday 9.30am - 3.30pm.
Evening calls by arrangement.
