Description of service on offer:

The service provides information on local policy and practice, the local offer, personalisation and personal budgets, the law on SEN, disability, health and social care. It also provides individual casework and representation, awareness on resolving disagreements, mediation and routes of appeal and complaints relating to SEND. We offer information, advice and support for children, parents and/or young people in order to take part in education, health and care planning, signposting children, young people and parents to additional support services, for example, housing, careers, and employment support.
