Description of service offered:
We provide information, advice and support to children and young people, aged 0-25, who have or may have special educational needs and disabilities, and their parents.This is impartial, confidential and free. We provide information through a hepline,leaflets, factsheets and on our website. We give advice on legislation, local and national policy across Education, Health and Care, the Local Offer, personal budgets, SEN support, statutory assessment, appeals and tribunals. We offer casework support for meetings with professionals,mediation, options and choices, complaints and challenges.

Phone lines are manned between 10am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
