Bexley SNAP

Bexley SNAP (Special Needs Access to Provision) provide a wide range of services to both children and their parents and carers in Bexley.

Bexley SNAP can help you whether you have just received a diagnosis for your child and would like support and information about what happens next, need to talk to someone about managing difficult situations, or would just like to know about suitable play-schemes or youth clubs for your disabled child.

SNAP runs a telephone helpline which gives support to families who have anxiety about their child, and also holds regular drop-in/support days, and localised parents groups, providing parents with advice and information and referring them to appropriate agencies if they want further help.

SNAP also aims to act as a link with the local community, to encourage local voluntary clubs and organisations to include disabled children and young people in their activities and to make it easier for them to take part.
