Last month the Department for Education (DfE) announced the first tranche of funding worth £80 million to support the implementation of the SEND reforms.
Today we bring news that DfE have announced a second tranche of funding which includes six new contracts. Up to £3.25 million has been ear marked for the contracts and invitations to tender have now been issued.
Contracts are available in the following areas:
01: Support for young offenders with SEND
02: Workforce support – schools
03: Workforce support - Further Education
04: Dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties specialist support
05: Sensory impairment specialist support
06: Support for young people’s participation
