We want to make sure that Suffolk children and young people with SEND get the information and advice they need to be able to understand and take part in discussions about their support and future lives. Despite having co-produced publicity with young people some years ago, it has continued that the service is mostly used by parents and carers. Through our conversations with families and practitioners, we had also identified more widely there was work to do around involving children and young people in planning their own support and preparing for adulthood.
