It’s a free, impartial, and confidential service offering information to young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and to their parents and carers.

Our independently trained staff provide telephone information, advice and support on:
- Your rights associated with SEND law and legislation
- Navigating local policy and the Sefton Local Offer
- Guidance on processes (such as EHC needs assessments, appeals and tribunals)
- Information on relevant organisation’s processes for resolving disagreements, complaints and means of redress
- Signposting to additional sources of local and national information, advice and support
