More
The first report reviews the NHS constitution and three key documents on children and young people’s health to establish core messages on what children and young people should expect from health services in England. It provides a comparison of these documents in terms of their coverage of key issues informed by our research with children and young people into their understanding of the NHS Constitution and their rights when using the NHS. This document is one of two reports released which present vital information to help children, young people and their families access the best possible care. The second document presents children and young people’s experiences of using NHS services and their views on how the NHS Constitution can be improved.
