Edward Timpson, Children and Families Minister, and Matthew Hancock, Minister for Skills and Enterprise, has written to colleges to give an update on the SEN and disability reforms following 1 September 2014 when the Children and Families Act 2014 took legal effect.
The letter covers topics such as implementation, the local offer and education health and care plans.
