Independent Support have produced a series of fact sheets as part of the training provided to Independent Supporters.
This fact sheet look specifically at young people with SEN or disabilities who are over 18 and may be eligible for adult social care services regardless of whether they have an EHC plan or whether they have been receiving services from children’s social care previously.
