Currently, Kelly is the Paediatric Specialist Physiotherapist at the Royal Wolverhampton Trust, where she serves as the Clinical Lead for the Occupational and Physiotherapy (OT/PT) services.
Kelly commenced her career as a paediatric Physiotherapist in 2006, having previously served in the Royal Air Force as a physical training instructor. Throughout her physiotherapy career, she has been based in various locations across the UK and has also worked in Cyprus, where she established a children’s physiotherapy service for UK military dependents on the island.
Kelly is a Quality Improvement Fellow, and she applies these skills to optimise services and facilitate improved pathways and processes within teams. She is currently pursuing an MBA in senior leadership and management. She eagerly anticipates collaborating with a like-minded network of professionals to contribute to the development of national standards.
