Into adulthood policy

We are passionate about ensuring that professionals working with disabled children and young people have the skills and knowledge to support them into adulthood with positive outcomes.

We are committed to sharing evidence and learning through our work via the Transition Information Network. This work includes developing and contributing to a wide range of projects and resources including being part of the Guidance Development Group for the Nice guidance on transition from children's to adults' services, supporting dissemination of research from the Transition Research Programme as well as idenitifying key learning to influence policy change at a national level.
