The ACE Centre are experts in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assistive Technology (AT), with core specialist services that include: assessments, training, equipment loans and resources. They work with people of all ages.
They also carry out project and consultancy work for local and central statutory services.
The ability to communicate is fundamental to a basic quality of life, yet for many people effective communication is difficult because of a physical impairment, language disorder or learning disability. ACE work with people of all ages who face such challenges.
