Action for Children provide a range of services for disabled children who have the most complex and multiple needs. Action for Children is a UK-wide charity that supports and speaks out for the most vulnerable and neglected children and young people in the UK.
They work with over 156,000 children, young people and their families in nearly 420 projects across the UK and are the largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled children and young people in the UK. They provide a range of services for disabled children who have the most complex and multiple needs, those with associated health conditions, and those with behaviours that others may find challenging.
Action for Children support parents and parents-to-be, babies and pre-school children. As well as helping young carers, disabled children and their families. Action for Children support young people through the most difficult times – in their families, in care and as they become independent adults.
