Centre 404 offers person centred support to people with learning disabilities in North London.
Support for families
We have been working with family carers for over 60 years and can offer a comprehensive information, advice and advocacy support service around Health and Social Care, Welfare Benefits and Education (not direct support in school or at meetings), including flexible appointment times for working parents. We also run regular support groups, workshops and activities as well as small and large family events throughout the year.
Clubs and activities
We can also help you find out what activities are available for your child, including our own after school clubs and activities. Our friendly, experienced team is here to help you build confidence and skills, meet friends and take part in activities of your choice. We meet regularly to talk to you about what you want to achieve and how we can support you. If you have a Personal Budget you can choose your own Personal Support Worker with our Finding and Matching Service. We can offer a wide range of person centred services and a team of highly trained and experienced Personal Support Workers.
Day service
We work with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs providing high quality, personalised support from Monday to Friday. Each individual is supported to create their individual activity programme including art and music therapy, cooking, health and massage, outings to cafes, sports activities and gardening.
