Little Rainbows is a parent-led charity supporting families of children with autism, special educational needs (SEN), and disabilities.
Built by parents, for parents, we understand the daily challenges families face—and we're here to walk that journey with you.
We offer a range of practical, emotional, and educational support to help families feel empowered, informed, and never alone. From weekly sensory therapy sessions to inclusive play opportunities, we create safe, understanding spaces where children can thrive and parents can connect.
A core part of our work is SEN advocacy. Navigating the education, health, and care system can be overwhelming, and families are often left feeling unheard or unsupported. Our trained volunteers and advocates provide compassionate, informed guidance to help parents understand their rights, access support, and secure the best possible outcomes for their children. Whether it’s help with EHCPs, school placements, exclusions, or appeals—we stand by families every step of the way.
Through our private online support group, in-person sessions, sensory equipment library, and community events, we’re building a network of families who lift each other up. Every child deserves to feel included. Every parent deserves to be heard. That’s what Little Rainbows is all about.
