Whizz-Kidz

Whizz-Kidz works to give disabled children and young people the independence to enjoy an active childhood. They provide mobility equipment, training, advice and life skills for numerous young people who are wheelchair users. They also campaign for disabled children to raise awareness of the issues affecting disabled young people and to highlight the need for change to decision makers.

The mission is to transform the lives of disabled children by providing the equipment, support and life skills they need, when they need them – giving them the chance to develop their full potential.

Their current campaign is calling on the Government to ensure that all disabled children have access to the right mobility equipment at the right time.

Their vision for the future is that all disabled children’s lives are full of fun, friendship and hope for an independent future. Just like any other kid’s.
