CDC’s next national online event is taking place on Wednesday 28th September, 10:00 – 13:30. You can register here.
This online event is aimed at SEND Leads, Commissioners, DSCOs, DMOs and DCOs – we would also welcome attendance from Parent Carer Forum regional representatives. Priority will be given to these roles. If you’re not in one of these roles but would like to attend, please email Adeeba at [email protected] to be added to the waiting list.
The main plenary agenda will consist of:
- 10:00 – Welcome, introductions, and objectives for the day (Dame Christine Lenehan, CDC)
- 10:10 – Department for Education key updates (DfE colleagues, TBC)
- 10:45 – The Sector-Led Improvement Partner (SLIP) Programme (Sally Dyson, DfE and others TBC)
- 11:30 – CDC What works in SEND update (Amanda Allard and Anna Gardiner, CDC)
- 11:55 – Comfort break
- 12:00 – Workshop 1 (workshops TBC)
- 12:40 – Workshop changeover
- 12:50 – Workshop 2 (workshops TBC)
- 13:30 – Close and evaluations
Closer to the event, you will receive an email with information on how to sign up for workshops. You will also receive Teams invites for all the sessions. We will contact you through the email address you’ve provided to register so please make sure you enter the correct email address. You should receive a confirmation email from Blackthorn after registering. If you haven’t received one, please email [email protected].
