Break is a charity in East Anglia that provides safety and support to traumatised young people. Break's aim is to ensure children, young people and families reach their full potential and shape their own futures in a safe and creative environment.
Break’s core business is the provision of children’s homes for Looked After Children in their home Local Authority. Break has six mainstream children’s homes in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and a Therapeutic Fostering Service offering single placements to traumatised young people.
Break is changing young lives across East Anglia by supporting children, young people and families in four key areas: young people in care and moving on; children and young people with disabilities; families in need of support and children at risk.
Working in partnership with Norfolk County Council and Cambridgeshire County Council, Break runs seven family-sized children's homes providing safety and stability for children and young people who, for whatever reason, can no longer live with their own families.
