Case Law Update 44 – Drexler v Leicestershire CC (CoA) – post 16 school and college transport policy lawful

In this update the Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the High Court to reject a challenge to Leicestershire County Council’s decision to withdraw the provision of school minibus transport for most 16 to 18-year olds with SEND.
